- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have mixed feelings. The person at the counter was polite, quick and efficient. It was an easy experience. However, the rating is based more on the security guard & the policy of making people wait in the hallway and not being able to sign in when they arrive. I understand that it is likely not the security guard, but more so a policy the SSA office has chosen to adopt, but it's pretty poor. If it was strictly about the room being too crowded I could understand asking people to wait in the hallway, but there's no reason to not let them sign in first and then go back out to wait. The only reason I can see for not letting them sign in until they're allowed in the room would be to reflect shorter wait times (when you sign in, the ticket is date and time stamped), and if that's the case, that's not right.By Nanette Sparks, February 19, 2017
